Ayesha is the new Board Chair of Metanoia Community Development Corporation. Metanoia is an organization rooted in Christian principles dedicated to the holistic approach of transforming the community. Ayesha received the 2015 Compleat Lawyer Award. The Compleat Lawyer Awards were established in 1992 by the University of South Carolina Law School Alumni Council (formerly the Alumni Association) to recognize alumni for outstanding civic and professional accomplishments. Each year the Council recognizes up to nine outstanding alumni at the Compleat Lawyer Awards Dinner. Nominees are individuals who have made significant contributions to the legal profession and exemplify the highest standard of professional competence, ethics and integrity.
Ayesha has served as the coordinator for St. Matthews Baptist Church’s Vacation Bible School for the past six (6) years.
